iNSight is a software product that simplifies mobile transaction management, thereby offering major operational improvements and cost savings. At its core, it repurposes and delivers business-critical information to a variety of systems and stakeholders. The application is designed to handle large volume processing without compromising on flexibility or scalability; and it’s unique data architecture allows for real-time interaction with other platforms and applications, from network elements to financial systems.

Underpinning the system is clean, reliable and rich data. On this solid base, we have built a multitude of functions, tools and services. Some of our products include, but are not limited to, Mediation, Revenue Assurance, Payment Gateway and Transaction Switching.
Clients have the freedom to select from a basket of tools and services to custom build a robust iNSight system that meets their specific requirements. For example, iNSight could be used to load data into a database and turn it into information that can be used to create reports that are used to make critical business decisions. In another example, iNSight could be used to create and run USSD menus that facilitate the payment of a user’s monthly TV subscription via mobile phone.
